Burin apartment is a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing away from the crowds. It has been newly renovated, is cozy and fully equipped with everything you need for both short and long stays. It features one large bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a smaller room with two single beds. There’s also a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, towels, and bed sheets, plus a small storage space. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area includes an extra sofa bed. AC, heating, parking and WiFi are included. Guests can enjoy two private terraces with a lovely view of the surrounding greenery and sea, ideal for morning coffee or evening wine. The sea is just a few minutes away, and we’re always nearby for any tips, recommendations, or anything you might need during your stay. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or families looking to explore a different side of Istria.
This is our very first family owned apartment — a small dream come true. Although we’re new to hosting, we’re excited to welcome guests and help them feel at home. We love nature, good food and hiking, and often spend time outdoors together. Hosting gives us the chance to share the authentic side of Istria, and we truly enjoy making people feel comfortable, relaxed and welcomed.
We’re located in Viškovići — a small place near Labin, defined by quiet, green areas full of opportunities to enjoy nature. You can go biking, hiking, or simply take a walk through the countryside. The sea is just 1 km away, and nearby you’ll find beautiful beaches, great local food, wineries, and even a few hidden sunset spots. It’s perfect for nature lovers and those seeking peace and authenticity.

Payment can be arranged directly with us – either in person at the property or agreed in advance by email during your booking communication.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but you are welcome to smoke outside on either of the private balconies.
